Mermaid Cake + Cupcakes

This was a collaboration of the bday girl's momma, the bday girl and your truly. Momma had contacted me way back in the early part of the summer (or maybe late spring) to book her weekend in late August! We swapped ideas and solidified a plan about 6 weeks before the big day!
