When asked if I could do a Monster High cake for a cute 5-year old's birthday, I (being the totally clueless one, I am) thought it was actually supposed to be Monster, Inc. But, just to be safe, I googled "Monster High Cake" and surprise! I was mistaken...Monster High was right (and a real thing). I was immediately excited about this cake. It had animal print, bright colors, a slight element of creepy (skeleton head and bats) and a little sassy/girly (pink, bows)...so many fun concepts to cram into one cake!
Cake Details: 6" round, 3 layer, chocolate cake, chocolate swiss meringue buttercream filling & american chocolate buttercream frosting. Fondant covering. Gumpaste/Fondant accents & handpainting.
