Summer Teacher Birthday Cakes

My eldest child has 2 teachers. They both have summer birthdays. The room mom sent out an email informing us parents that we would be joining together to put together a little party and gift for them. I automatically offered to make the cakes. I went back and forth on what to do. I finally decided, even if it wasn't their actual birthdays, they still each needed their own cake and the kids would be fine with cupcakes. So chocolate with chocolate (because, who doesn't love chocolate?!), 2 6" 3-layer rounds and 18 cupcakes.
